XVI32: Encode and Decode Numbers

Left: Decode a number. Right: Encode a number.

Use the options window to select byte order of numbers: little endian (Intel: least significant byte leftmost, most significant byte rightmost) or big-endian (Motorola: vice versa).

BTW: The terms little/big endian come from Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift. The Lilliputians, being very small, had correspondingly small political problems. The Big-Endian and Little-Endian parties debated over whether soft-boiled eggs should be opened at the big end or the little end.
